Baya
CHALLENGE
Baya had an ambitious vision for a luxury nature retreat built around immersive wellness, farm-to-table dining, and private bungalow accommodations, but the first destination had not yet been built. With construction only beginning, there were no finished spaces, professional property photography, or guest experiences to showcase. The website needed to make an unbuilt destination feel tangible, aspirational, and emotionally compelling enough for visitors to understand what the Baya experience would eventually become.
SOLUTION
Digital Ink transformed Baya’s existing brand identity, architectural concepts, messaging, and imagery into an immersive digital experience centered on storytelling and atmosphere. We used elegant typography, intentional pacing, generous white space, and visual content to create the feeling of stepping away from everyday life and reconnecting with nature. The entire experience was designed mobile-first before being expanded to desktop, allowing each device to have its own thoughtfully considered user journey. We also established a scalable framework that can support additional destinations as the Baya brand expands.
Pikus
CHALLENGE
Pikus is pushing the boundaries of architectural concrete through large-scale 3D printing, but their existing website no longer reflected the sophistication, creativity, or technical innovation behind their work. With architects, designers, developers, and municipalities as key audiences, the website needed to feel less like a traditional construction site and more like a design-driven destination. The challenge was to showcase highly visual, sculptural projects while communicating the possibilities of the technology and creating a platform that could continue growing alongside Pikus.
SOLUTION
Our team created a minimal, visually driven website that better reflects Pikus’ innovation, craftsmanship, and architectural focus. A flexible portfolio structure, refined visuals, and clear messaging help showcase projects while supporting future growth. We also expanded the strategy through SEO and PPC, improving visibility for key services and helping Pikus reach architects, landscape architects, and other high-intent decision-makers.

MyGovCost
CHALLENGE
MyGovCost was built around extensive economic research and a sophisticated financial model designed to show Americans the long-term personal impact of government spending and taxation. The challenge was that much of the underlying material had been developed by economists for economists. Users needed to understand personalized financial projections, opportunity costs, and complex economic relationships without being overwhelmed, particularly younger audiences with little background or interest in economics.
SOLUTION
We redesigned the experience around the user rather than the economic model. Technical terminology was translated into plain language, information was introduced progressively, and complex results were organized through clear visual hierarchy, interactive charts, graphics, and concise supporting content. Behind the simplified interface, our team developed the functionality required to process multiple variables and produce personalized financial projections and shareable results. The result is a modern educational tool that makes sophisticated economic information easier to explore and understand without diminishing the credibility or depth of the research behind it.
Mirren Help Scout
CHALLENGE
Mirren had built an extensive library of valuable training, support, and professional development resources, but the growing volume of content was becoming difficult for members to navigate. Users frequently struggled to locate answers, leading to recurring support requests for information that already existed. At the same time, the default Help Scout Docs experience offered limited customization, lacked strong visual hierarchy, and felt disconnected from the established Mirren brand.
SOLUTION
What began as a request for a traditional FAQ page evolved into a more scalable knowledge base strategy. We recommended Help Scout Docs as the foundation, then reorganized Mirren’s extensive content into clearer categories and intuitive pathways that made information easier to browse and search. Our team also customized the visual experience so the platform felt like a natural extension of Mirren rather than a third-party support tool. The finished knowledge base gives members faster access to answers while making the growing content library significantly easier for Mirren’s internal team to manage.

K&M Concrete
CHALLENGE
K&M Concrete had an established business and extensive construction expertise, but its previous website did not communicate the scale of the company, the quality of its work, or the culture behind the organization. Recruitment was an especially important priority as K&M sought to reach both experienced professionals and a younger generation entering the workforce. The website also needed a structure flexible enough to accommodate new markets, projects, services, and recruitment initiatives as the company continued to expand.
SOLUTION
We redesigned the website as a recruitment and growth platform rather than simply a company brochure. Dedicated pathways were developed for early-career and experienced candidates, while industry-specific market pages gave K&M a stronger way to communicate its expertise across data centers, power generation, transportation, agriculture, and industrial markets. The site was designed in Figma and developed in WordPress using reusable templates and modular sections that make future expansion easier. The result is a modern, professional platform that strengthens K&M’s brand, supports talent acquisition, and provides a scalable foundation for continued business growth.
The BIG Night
CHALLENGE
The BIG Night project originally began as a focused website migration from GoDaddy to WordPress, with a redesign limited to the homepage and auction landing pages. The goal was to improve storytelling, clarify the event’s mission, and create a more compelling preview experience for auction items. However, once the new creative direction took shape, the difference between the original site and the elevated black-and-gold aesthetic became clear. Keeping parts of the old site would have created a disconnected experience that did not match the premium feel of the event.
SOLUTION
What started as a partial refresh quickly evolved into a full website redesign. We rebuilt every section of the site to create a cohesive, polished, and high-end digital experience inspired by luxury galas, hospitality, and premium auction events. The final website now reflects the true caliber of The BIG Night and the importance of its mission, presenting the event as the world-class gala it is while honoring the donors, supporters, and the lives impacted through the Boys & Girls Clubs of St. Helena and Calistoga.

The Howard Gardner School
CHALLENGE
The Howard Gardner School’s previous website followed the familiar structure and visual style of a traditional school site, but the experience did not reflect the creativity, exploration, and experiential learning at the heart of the school. HGS needed a digital presence that would differentiate it from other schools, resonate with families looking for a progressive educational experience, and encourage conversations and campus visits without creating a complicated website that staff would struggle to maintain.
SOLUTION
Rather than creating another information-heavy school website, we developed a single-scroll, story-driven Webflow experience built around exploration. Motion, cinematic scrolling, bold typography, playful visual details, and a curated library of student photography make the site feel more like a journey through HGS than a conventional academic website. An interactive map allows families to explore real field trips and learning experiences, visually demonstrating the school’s belief that education extends beyond the classroom. The result is a distinctive, memorable website that captures the energy of the school while remaining easy for staff to manage.
Steel Fortress
CHALLENGE
Following a complete rebrand from Affordable Metal Carports to Steel Fortress, the company had a new name, identity, and darker visual direction, but its existing website still felt dated. The functional site no longer matched the premium positioning the new brand was intended to communicate. Steel Fortress needed a cleaner and more polished digital experience that would strengthen credibility, showcase its products and previous work, and satisfy multiple stakeholders without making the user journey unnecessarily complicated.
SOLUTION
Using a modern design reference the client was already drawn to, we developed a streamlined website experience adapted specifically to the Steel Fortress brand. A dark contemporary palette, strong typography, project imagery, and minimal layouts reinforced the new premium identity while a simplified sitemap made products, galleries, dealer information, and contact options easier to access. Development focused on responsiveness, speed, functionality, and straightforward content management. The finished site gives Steel Fortress a much stronger digital expression of its new brand while providing a scalable foundation for future growth.

Dayton T. Brown
CHALLENGE
Dayton T. Brown has decades of experience across highly technical industries including aerospace, defense, engineering, and transportation, yet its previous website did not reflect the sophistication or scale of the organization. Strong content was buried within an outdated structure, visual consistency was limited, and the site was not properly optimized for mobile users. DTB needed to modernize without losing the credibility and legacy it had built over more than 75 years.
SOLUTION
Digital Ink created a responsive, user-focused website and broader visual system that translated DTB’s technical expertise into a clearer modern experience. We reorganized navigation, simplified complex information, introduced stronger visual storytelling, and created more purposeful pathways through the company’s testing, engineering, logistics, and mission systems capabilities. Refined typography, colors, layouts, and supporting materials also helped establish consistency across digital and print applications. The result is a unified brand experience that respects DTB’s history while presenting the company as the innovative, forward-looking technical leader it is today.
AdvanTec Marine
CHALLENGE
AdvanTec came to us with a website that had grown through years of incremental updates, leaving the digital experience fragmented and difficult to navigate. Branding varied across product lines, important information was often hosted outside the website, and the site did not clearly guide each of its distinct audiences, from commercial boat owners and yacht builders to civil engineers and military procurement officers. Beyond usability, the company’s impressive history of acquisitions, innovation, and industry expertise was not being told in a way that matched its position in the global marine market.
SOLUTION
We helped transform AdvanTec Marine’s website into a centralized, consistent, and scalable digital presence that unites its brands, products, and audiences under one stronger experience. The new site introduced clearer navigation, market- and product-specific pages, improved storytelling, and a more strategic structure built to support
search visibility and future marketing initiatives. The result is a website that makes it easier for customers to understand AdvanTec’s capabilities, explore the right solutions, and see the depth of expertise behind the company’s continued growth.

Independent Institute
CHALLENGE
The Independent Institute came to us with a complex challenge that required both technical precision and strategic design. Their existing digital presence included thousands of pieces of content spanning decades, spread across multiple sites and organized through highly detailed metadata. Beyond the migration itself, the new website needed to modernize the user experience without losing the authority, legacy, and seriousness of an organization focused on important political and policy issues. The old site was dense and difficult to navigate, making it harder for users to discover research, books, authors, multimedia, and subject-specific insights.
SOLUTION
We delivered a unified, visually engaging website that centralized The Independent Institute’s vast content library into one clear and accessible hub. Through improved navigation, advanced filtering, thoughtful content organization, SEO-focused metadata and URL structuring, and a more modern visual hierarchy, the new site makes it easier for policymakers, researchers, and the general public to find relevant information. The final website honors the organization’s credibility while creating a more inviting experience, improving content discoverability, supporting both English and Spanish audiences, and giving The Independent Institute a stronger platform for long-term visibility and growth.
AZEK
CHALLENGE
AZEK already had established creative assets and an active email marketing program, but its marketing team needed technical support turning those designs into reliable, reusable templates within Pardot. Existing templates also presented challenges with font rendering, buttons, legal and social links, pre-header content, responsiveness, and differences between email clients. The company needed a flexible template system that maintained brand consistency while giving its internal team the freedom to efficiently build future campaigns.
SOLUTION
Our development team translated AZEK’s supplied designs into modular, editable Pardot templates built specifically around the platform’s requirements. We created reusable content blocks, responsive layouts, editable regions, and fallback solutions for email clients such as Outlook and Gmail. Existing templates were also refreshed to reflect updated brand guidelines, followed by extensive cross-client testing and migration into Pardot. The result is a dependable library of branded email templates that gives AZEK greater control over campaign creation while improving consistency, compatibility, and efficiency across its email marketing program.

Lithko
CHALLENGE
Lithko came to us with a website that no longer reflected the scale, credibility, or national presence of the company. As the #2 concrete contractor in the nation, their digital experience needed to do more than list services. It needed to support recruiting, strengthen brand perception, showcase capabilities, and give both clients and candidates a clearer path to understanding who Lithko is and why they stand out.
SOLUTION
We delivered a modern, strategic website built to better represent Lithko’s size, culture, and competitive position. The new site improved navigation, elevated their visual identity, and created stronger content pathways for recruiting, brand storytelling, and project credibility. Alongside the website, the updated proposal system helped unify corporate-approved messaging while still allowing tailored project details, creating a more consistent and efficient sales experience. The result is a digital presence that feels aligned with Lithko’s national reputation, supports hiring in a competitive market, and positions the company at or ahead of its top competitors.
Napa PP
CHALLENGE
Napa Valley Precision Plumbing had built a strong local reputation through referrals and word of mouth, but its digital presence consisted primarily of a Facebook page. Without a dedicated website, potential customers had no central place to understand the company’s services, expertise, values, or story, and NVPP had little visibility when people searched Google for plumbing services in the area. The company needed to build both its brand and digital presence essentially from the ground up.
SOLUTION
Digital Ink developed a complete brand and website foundation, beginning with stakeholder research, positioning, messaging pillars, values, personality, and the company’s story. From there, we created a conversion-focused website architecture covering residential, commercial, and new construction services, supported by original SEO-focused copy, professional visual direction, testimonials, project imagery, and clear contact pathways. Local keyword research, metadata optimization, and search-friendly site architecture were incorporated from launch. The result gave NVPP a professional online home capable of educating customers, building trust, generating inquiries, and supporting long-term organic search growth.

WMH
CHALLENGE
WMH was navigating a much larger transformation than a simple website redesign. Originally Wheeler Material Handling, the company needed a stronger identity, a cohesive digital presence, and marketing support for sales, recruitment, and product awareness. As the business evolved, the challenge grew again when WMH shifted its featured equipment relationship from Yale to Linde MH, requiring the brand and its marketing materials to adapt without losing credibility or momentum with existing customers.
SOLUTION
Our relationship with WMH developed into a phased, ongoing marketing partnership. We helped establish the WMH identity and positioning, created brand guidelines, developed a modern SEO-focused website, improved conversion pathways, and supported LinkedIn, recruitment, sales collateral, fleet branding, and product campaigns. When the company transitioned to Linde MH, we refreshed the visual identity and rapidly updated digital and sales materials to communicate the new partnership. Today, the platform and brand support equipment leads, recruitment, sales inquiries, and ongoing marketing initiatives, with Digital Ink operating as an extension of WMH’s internal team.
Acero
CHALLENGE
Before the redesign, Acero’s website did not fully reflect the quality, professionalism, and growth potential of the brand. The site lacked clear product information, the navigation no longer matched their current offerings, and the overall visual experience was not strong enough to differentiate Acero in a competitive market. Beyond design, the website also needed a stronger SEO foundation to help improve visibility for targeted search terms and support long-term digital growth.
SOLUTION
We delivered a modern, branded, and easy-to-use website built to function as both a polished digital presence and a performance-driven marketing asset. The new site improved content clarity, strengthened the customer journey, and made it easier for visitors to understand Acero’s products and take action through a quote request. With a more refined design, updated structure, and improved SEO authority, the redesigned website
now gives Acero a stronger platform to educate customers, generate leads, and stand out in their industry.

Content Connections
CHALLENGE
HyphenSocial operated in the competitive affiliate marketing space, connecting brands with publishers and content creators, but its existing name and visual identity did not clearly communicate that role or differentiate the company. The business needed more than a new logo. It required a new name, positioning, messaging strategy, and visual system capable of speaking to two distinct audiences while giving the company a more recognizable position in a crowded marketplace.
SOLUTION
Digital Ink began with stakeholder interviews, competitor research, audience analysis, and strategic brand development to uncover the idea that would ultimately guide the transformation. The concept of creating meaningful connections beyond a single click led to the new name, Content Connections, and a positioning strategy centered around collaboration and long-term marketing relationships. We then developed a complete visual identity, including logo, typography, color system, brand book, stationery, and real-world brand applications. The finished identity provides Content Connections with a clearer story and a distinctive platform for future growth in affiliate marketing.
StrataVision
CHALLENGE
StrataVision, formerly known as Deep North, came to us ready for a complete brand and digital transformation. Their previous name, visual identity, and website did not fully communicate the company’s strength in AI, computer vision, and real-time operational intelligence. The challenge was to create a digital presence that could clearly express their expertise, precision, and innovation while helping businesses quickly understand how StrataVision turns on-site activity into actionable insights.
SOLUTION
We developed an entirely new website built around clarity, engagement, and stronger
positioning. Through a refined content structure, modern visuals, and compelling copy, the new site explains StrataVision’s offerings, applications, and industry impact in a more accessible and persuasive way. The result is a sharper digital experience that supports the company’s new identity, reinforces its competitive strengths, and better reflects its role as an innovative AI-powered performance intelligence platform.

Kohama Marketing
CHALLENGE
Kohama Marketing already had an established logo and sophisticated color palette, but its basic Squarespace website did not carry the same level of polish. The digital presence needed to better reflect the professionalism of the Amazon advertising agency while clearly explaining its services and giving prospective clients an easy way to understand what the company offers without navigating a large or complicated site.
SOLUTION
Our team translated Kohama Marketing’s existing brand assets into a refined one-page website that places its services and value proposition at the forefront. The existing logo and colors were used consistently throughout the experience, while the page structure was simplified so visitors could move naturally from brand introduction to services and key information without unnecessary navigation. The finished website gives Kohama Marketing a more polished and cohesive online presence that feels aligned with the sophistication of its established identity while remaining simple and easy to use.
IRIS
CHALLENGE
IRIS Industrial Analytics was launching as an entirely new brand under the established Kendall Group. While the parent company brought decades of credibility, IRIS had no independent identity, positioning, messaging, or visual system of its own. The challenge was to create something modern enough to represent data-driven industrial transformation while maintaining a recognizable connection to the trust and experience associated with Kendall.
SOLUTION
Digital Ink developed the IRIS brand from the strategic foundation upward. Stakeholder interviews, competitor analysis, audience research, and customer personas informed the selected positioning, “Start Small, Scale Smart,” which made digital transformation feel more approachable and lower risk for manufacturers. From there, we created the brand identity, messaging framework, website, corporate video, solution flyers, stationery, and additional marketing collateral. The visual system incorporates elements of Kendall’s established identity while introducing more contemporary colors, gradients, dimensional graphics, and interactive digital experiences. The result is a distinct brand that feels innovative without sacrificing the credibility of its parent organization.

GovValue
CHALLENGE
GovValue had already developed a successful network within the government sector but wanted to expand into civilian markets while strengthening its Nearshore Outsourcing offering. Its website needed to appeal to two very different audiences: companies looking for IT solutions and South American technology professionals interested in joining the Nearshore network. At the same time, the company wanted the website to become a more effective lead generation and recruiting tool while improving overall brand awareness.
SOLUTION
We began by working with GovValue to better understand its audiences, goals, and values, then translated those findings into a more modern website strategy. Keyword research and SEO-focused content strengthened service messaging, strategically placed forms created more opportunities for lead capture, and a revamped careers experience communicated the benefits of joining the Nearshore network. We also streamlined navigation, improved performance, and optimized the experience across devices. The finished website gives GovValue a stronger platform for reaching civilian businesses, communicating its specialized IT capabilities, and recruiting the talent necessary to expand its network.
Playback Now
CHALLENGE
Playback Now had an established reputation in corporate event production, audiovisual services, and live streaming, but its digital presence was not contributing enough to business growth. The company relied heavily on referrals, had limited online visibility and marketing activity, and operated with an outdated website that did little to generate leads. Playback Now needed to modernize its presence while keeping enough of its existing identity to remain recognizable to established customers.
SOLUTION
Digital Ink developed a brand refresh and website strategy centered on what makes Playback Now distinctive: a small, collaborative team capable of producing large-scale results. We refreshed the visual identity while preserving elements of the original brand, developed a stronger narrative and creative direction, and redesigned the website with clearer service information, improved usability, additional functionality, and renewed blog content to support SEO. The new foundation gave Playback Now more room to pursue creative marketing and contributed to a reported 49% increase in organic website traffic following the launch.

Mortgage365
CHALLENGE
Mortgage365 had developed an innovative technology platform for mortgage lenders and loan officers, but the brand surrounding the product had not kept pace with the technology itself. The company lacked a cohesive identity, clear messaging, a strong visual system, and a concise value proposition that could explain why the platform mattered to its target audience. To compete effectively, Mortgage365 needed to turn a powerful technology product into a recognizable and compelling brand.
SOLUTION
Our team combined mortgage industry research, competitor analysis, customer insights, and collaborative stakeholder workshops to establish Mortgage365’s positioning and brand foundation. We clarified the value proposition around greater efficiency, streamlined mortgage processes, borrower insights, and personalized solutions, then translated that strategy into messaging, personality, visual identity, logo, color palette, and a complete brand book. The resulting brand provides Mortgage365 with a clearer way to explain both the functional and emotional value of its platform while creating a distinctive identity designed specifically for lenders and loan officers.
Gray Insurance
CHALLENGE
Gray Insurance had evolved from a specialized insurance provider into a company with a broader suite of commercial casualty products and capabilities, but its digital presence had not evolved at the same pace. The company wanted to modernize its image, distinguish itself from competitors, simplify the relationship between its parent company and related entity, and create a stronger website experience capable of supporting visibility and growth in the Gulf South commercial insurance market.
SOLUTION
Digital Ink began with a refreshed brand system, developing updated visual elements, typography, imagery, layouts, and an expanded color palette to guide future communications. We then rebuilt the website architecture around both user experience and SEO, consolidating related entities under one domain and creating clearer navigation and content pathways. Interactive elements and responsive development brought the refreshed identity to life while keyword research and on-page optimization strengthened search performance. The resulting digital presence provides Gray Insurance with a more cohesive brand, simplified user journey, and stronger foundation for continued online visibility.

Lamson
CHALLENGE
Lamson came to us with the challenge of modernizing its brand image while still honoring the legacy that made the company trusted by its loyal customer base. The goal was to create a website that felt fresh, elevated, and relevant to new audiences without losing the craftsmanship, heritage, and authenticity existing customers already associated with the brand.
SOLUTION
We delivered a redesigned website that served as a polished digital showcase for Lamson’s updated identity. Through refined messaging, captivating product photography, improved user experience, and a more modern visual direction, the new site helped present Lamson’s products with greater clarity and impact. The result was a website that balanced tradition with evolution, giving the brand
a stronger platform to attract new customers while continuing to resonate with the people who already knew and valued Lamson.
Anchor AI
CHALLENGE
Anchor AI had developed an ambitious meeting management product designed to reduce meeting overload, but as a young technology startup, it struggled to explain why the product mattered. Its website was vague, the brand lacked differentiation, and prospective users had difficulty understanding the features, benefits, and broader business case. The founders also needed a brand capable of supporting a product-led growth strategy in a crowded software marketplace.
SOLUTION
We helped Anchor AI clarify its central purpose around creating order from meeting chaos and reclaiming time for more valuable work. Audience segmentation allowed us to distinguish between people required to attend meetings and those who only need access to specific information, while messaging emphasized scalability, accuracy, and ease of use. A sophisticated nautical-inspired visual identity brought the positioning to life through rich color, typography, and imagery centered on calm and confidence. The resulting brand and digital experience gave Anchor AI a clearer product story and a more distinctive position within the productivity software category.

HydroFleet
CHALLENGE
HydroFleet came to us with a powerful mission in an emerging industry, but their website was not fully capturing the passion, urgency, and innovation behind their work. As hydrogen vehicle adoption continues to face major barriers, from limited fuel infrastructure and high production costs to public misunderstanding of the technology, HydroFleet needed a digital presence that could do more than explain services. It needed to build trust, educate visitors, and create excitement around a future-focused solution.
SOLUTION
Our team redesigned the website with a stronger visual and narrative direction that better reflected HydroFleet’s brand personality and purpose. Instead of relying on a dense list of facts and offerings, we created a more compelling user experience built around curiosity, education, and emotional impact. Through vibrant design, natural imagery, clearer messaging, and a stronger story arc, the new website positions HydroFleet as a passionate, knowledgeable, and credible force in clean transportation. The result is a website that not only communicates what they do, but makes it clear why their work matters.
BOSS Magazine
CHALLENGE
BOSS Magazine was created to reach influential executives with compelling business and industry journalism, but the founders recognized a fundamental problem with traditional B2B publishing. Many publications had simply transferred print layouts and conventions online, resulting in rigid digital experiences filled with uninspiring presentation and intrusive advertising. A new publication would need high-quality journalism and recognizable executive voices, but it also needed enough visual energy, marketing strength, and credibility to stand apart in a crowded media landscape.
SOLUTION
The team built BOSS around a digital-first approach to executive publishing. Strong business relationships helped bring recognized leaders and innovators into the publication, while editorial, design, advertising, marketing, and omnichannel expertise created a more engaging alternative to traditional trade media. The visual identity emphasized the ambition, sophistication, and personality of the executives being featured, while editorial strategy combined broader boardroom topics with targeted industry coverage. The result was a publication designed not simply to distribute business information, but to make executive-focused content more visually compelling, accessible, and desirable to participate in.

Waer Clothing
CHALLENGE
Waer Clothing entered an intensely competitive menswear market with an unusual idea: make dressing easier through a color-coded matching system that tells customers which pieces work together. While the product solved a genuine problem for men who dislike shopping and coordinating outfits, the founders were trying to communicate several benefits at once, creating a complicated message that risked getting lost alongside established fashion brands. Waer needed a much clearer identity and emotional reason for customers to care.
SOLUTION
Our research identified young professional men as a core audience and shifted the brand away from purely problem-solving messaging toward a more aspirational, personality-driven story. Customer personas helped define the attitude and lifestyle behind the brand, focusing on authenticity, confidence, comfort, quality, and making better use of time. These ideas were distilled into the positioning “A Label With a Purpose,” creating a simple connection between Waer’s matching system and the lifestyle it was designed to support. The strategy was carried through branding, web design, e-commerce, digital marketing, PPC, and social media.
Seletex
CHALLENGE
Seletex operates in an IT services market filled with local providers, independent consultants, and managed technology companies offering many of the same core solutions. Although Seletex had strong supplier relationships and a genuinely customer-focused approach built around honesty, respect, and partnership, its brand message had become complicated. Concepts such as white-glove service and an on-demand butler communicated pieces of the story but did not create the clear, distinctive personality needed to rise above an increasingly crowded field.
SOLUTION
Digital Ink used stakeholder discovery and market research to uncover the strongest recurring theme within Seletex: expertise built around connection and collaboration. We developed a brand concept inspired by NASA mission control, where coordination, technical expertise, trust, and communication are essential to success. That idea became the foundation for a refreshed logo, clearer messaging, a revitalized website, and a cohesive brand story centered on mentorship and partnership. The resulting identity gives Seletex a memorable way to communicate its customer-first approach while positioning the company as a confident, capable technology partner rather than another interchangeable IT provider.
